These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk335 ("pk335", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at pk335.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By creating a pk335 account, logging in to the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the pk335 service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the pk335 platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk335 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and pk335.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of pk335, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk335 or subject to an account closure for violation of these Terms.

To access the full range of pk335 services, you must register a pk335 account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual person may hold only one (1) pk335 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pk335 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify pk335 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person under any circumstances.
• pk335 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the pk335 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• pk335 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary based on your location and account status.
• Deposits are credited to your pk335 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds of confirmation.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. pk335 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
• pk335 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited to your pk335 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your identity and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to your pk335 account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• pk335 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within three to five minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. These limits are displayed within the pk335 account dashboard.

pk335 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered pk335 players only, subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• pk335 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of their use within the pk335 platform.
• pk335 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of such amendment will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the pk335 platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot games, and instant-result games:

• All game outcomes on pk335 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of games conducted under controlled studio conditions. pk335 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the pk335 system, it is final and binding. pk335 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or game interruptions — pk335 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Bets that were already settled before the malfunction occurred will stand.
• For sports betting markets, pk335 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or revise odds in the event of obvious pricing errors, the occurrence of events that materially affect the outcome of a market, or other circumstances as determined by the pk335 trading team.
• pk335 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game or market, and to limit the account of any player whose betting patterns are determined to be inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are subject to the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board). Results declared after the conclusion of official play will be used to settle markets regardless of any subsequent review or appeal process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk335 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any use of fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds onto the pk335 platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk335 platform to launder, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of crime or illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Arbitrage & Scalping: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies across pk335 betting markets or between pk335 and other operators for guaranteed profit.
• Automated Wagering: Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers without direct manual input from the account holder.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or wager on your pk335 account.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the pk335 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to pk335 without first raising the matter with pk335 support.

pk335 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its Pakistani players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• All pk335 players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) directly from their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which their account will be restricted from deposits and wagering activity.
• Players who require a longer break may apply for self-exclusion, which will suspend their pk335 account for the chosen period. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• pk335 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. Any player found to be under 21 will be immediately excluded, their account closed, and all funds returned to the verified account holder where applicable.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk335 platform solely for your personal recreational gambling purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, modify, transmit, or distribute any content from the pk335 platform without prior written consent from pk335.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pk335 software or application.
• The pk335 name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk335 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the pk335 platform, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pk335 service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the pk335 platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay or failure in performance of the pk335 service resulting from causes beyond pk335's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failures, or internet disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk335's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pk335 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Where pk335 reasonably suspects money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with your account.
• At the player's own request, including in the context of responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• Where continued operation of your account would expose pk335 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, pk335 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account. Where closure is not related to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

pk335 operates under international gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the pk335 platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted in writing to the pk335 support team at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: pk335 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as indicated in your review outcome notification.

These Terms and all disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk335 is licensed to operate. By using pk335, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

pk335 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, pk335 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the pk335 platform.

Your continued use of the pk335 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the pk335 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
